✅ Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

Email us at satsparty@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the defect/damage

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item or sending a replacement.

❌ Non-returnable items:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, change of mind)

• Sale or gift card items

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
